Micuzzi is parked behind a desk at Città Studi headquarters. Following a hint by Sofia, his beautiful and malicious neighbour, he finds a dead body in the house of a well known lawyer. A non official investigation begins, in order to protect the lawyer, close to the politic environment of the city. Micuzzi is chosen for the task in exchange for a possible reinstatement in his old post. A plain blackmail, but Micuzzi can’t say no if he wants to escape the bureaucracy to which he was confined. He will have to disentangle himself from high class prostitutes, European funds, and political-institutional intrigues.
