The book at a glance
In The Simpsons’ series, references to historical events are not random, but constant and numerous. While reading this book you will enjoy the “yellow world” related to the history of Western World.
The Simpson’s genealogy begins in Middle Age in Europe, up to the birth of the United States. Thanks to the series we will relive the most important historical facts: from the Pilgrim Fathers to the Age of Prohibition, from the conquest of the American West to the Vietnam war. We will live the passage from “the short 20th century” to the new millenium, until nowadays.
And there are also a few (dark) anticipation of the future, for example, the election of Donald Trump. So, in nearly 600 episodes, we have “a simpson version” of all the crucial moments of the American and European history.
...and what about the future? Which historical “yellow” predictions will come true?
